1Acceptance of Terms

By using the Porkyto's website, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo, card payments, and cash on delivery.
• Payment must be completed before order preparation begins (except cash on delivery).
• Porkyto's reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our restaurant in East Legon, Accra.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

4Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, before preparation begins.
• Once preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.
• Refunds for valid cancellations or incorrect orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
• For complaints about food quality, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.

5Reservations & Events

• Table reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
• Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Porkyto's.
• Porkyto's reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates our code of conduct.
• For private events and large group bookings, a deposit may be required.

6User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Porkyto's reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Account data may be used to improve your experience and personalize recommendations.

7Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Porkyto's Restaurant and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9Limitation of Liability

Porkyto's Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

11Changes to Terms

Porkyto's reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
